VOUCHER TERMS
- Vouchers must be used in full and no part-refund or exchange for a voucher of a smaller value can be made
- Vouchers need to be used within 6 months from the date of purchase.
- Any late cancellations (those within 24 hours of the appointment) or no shows will be counted as one session
- Treatment package vouchers are valid for 12 weeks from date of purchase (1st appointment)
